Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or promotional items
- Items marked as « Final Sale » or « Made-to-Order » from our Créateurs selection (including Nazar and Pauème collections)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or customized items
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your preference: refund or exchange (specify size/color if exchanging)
- Our customer service team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 48 hours.
- Ship your return to the provided address using a trackable shipping service (we recommend DHL or FedEx). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For credit card payments, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For size or color exchanges:
- We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return, subject to availability
- If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund
- International exchanges may incur additional customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility
